Now girls if you see the picture carefully you can easily see that the man in the picture is not a USA officer, he is Canadian.
Whoever the poor man is he is not who this scammer say he is.
He is originally from the Chula Vista area, did my undergrad in NY, and Have lived in a few different countries.
And the phone number he sent me is from Colorado, from a place called Soulphur something.
Well, we chat on yahoo, and the impostor is charming, funny and you wants he would be real.
But.. he is not. He was in such a hurry for me to get a codex so we can see each other using the camera. I was glad that he had agreed.
Next morning he explain me again sending the exact text that I needed the codex to be able to see him with the camera and I needed to buy it from the military and as I was a civilian I had to pay it.
Ok I agreed so he said I needed to send him $ 365.00 by Western Union after contacting an officer by phone who would give me instructions to send the payment as the Afghanistan banks were complicated, I told him it was Sunday but he insisted I had to do that as soon as possible. He assured me that this person was working 7 days a week.
well I told him that he was a scammer and he called me bitch. well never mind...
Be careful girls, pay attention to the details and NEVER, EVER send them money or pay for anything giving them your credit card.

I'm very sorry for the real officer whose picture is being published and what make more angry is the fact that these scammer are leaving an awful opinion about the military men and woman.
